Client Management

The client management allows you to collect modify, delete or select your clients for further editing. The client can be used by any program that is included in Bucher Coaching Systems.

By clicking on the clients symbol, a list of all previously recorded address data is displayed.



It opens the window with the list of clients:




Characteristics of the client list

• The currently selected client can be changed by clicking on a row in the client list. On the left side you will see all the important data of the selected clients.
• The columns can be arbitrarily sorted using the mouse (drag and drop the column names) (this setting is stored so that it is retained when you restart the program).
• The columns are sorted by default according to the first and last name. This can be changed by clicking on the column name (This setting won´t be saved).

Main functions (in the upper left area):

	Back to the main window
	Create new client data
	Export all client data into an Excel file
	Import a measurement including client data

Functions for every single client:

	Edit client
	Copy client data, e.g. in case of family members
	Delete client

Create/edit client data
The following data can be recorded from a client:

• User number
• Title
• Company name
• Name/Last name
• Street
• Postal code
• Country
• Phone number (Private/Business/Mobile/Fax)
• E-Mail address
• Date of Birth (with automatic calculation of the age, birth day and Zodiac)
• Gender
• Marital status
• Occupation
• Size/Weight (with automatic calculation of the BMI)
• Picture (from webcam or from hard disk)
• Comments (as much text as possible)

Exceptions of Bucher Aura Coach
In the Bucher Aura Coach, the data for Category, Aura-Mode and Auto-Mail appear directly under Size/Weight (see the following figure).



The following categories can be selected:

• Basic - Default setting (without detailed analysis)
• Human Healing Stones - Aura photography for people (with Healing Stones)
• Human - Aura photography for people (without healing stones)
• Fauna - Aura photography for animals
• Flora - Aura photography for plants (into planning)
• Place - Aura photography for buildings and places
• Business - Aura photography for businesses

If the check mark for Auto mode is activated, measurements and transmissions for all selected clients will be automatically carried out.

If the check mark for Auto-Mail is activated, the evaluation will be automatically sent by e-mail to the client.

If the category is changed and there are already Aura measurements available, then the change will only be reflected on the new Aura measurements.
